      1. I don't know if its a sheer luck, or a company wide thing, but the vertical I am in, there people are very understanding and helping. 2. It's openly said and actually enforced, that family and health comes before work. 3. You will keep on getting regular gifts and other benefits.

      Cons

      Some times, you will get multiple things on your plate, that you need to deliver. So its very important to know the art of how and when to say No. If you say no, for a genuine reason, superiors will help you to get more time to deliver, or get help from some one else.
