Pros
When you want something important on your CV Healthy Food. Nice office away from everything. Professional and well prepared colleagues in the local sub.
Cons
Some Managers in Dublin digital sales are just there for their own agenda. It is their way or the highway. Micro management. No team spirit. Collaboration is considered important but there is little in some areas because lack of trust. Orchestration is important but everybody in each team has different priorities. Manager was not able to help in the strategy. Some external hired services from Microsoft are a pain when it comes to solving problems.
