- Nice pay - Good benefits - Smart coworkers

- A lot of legacy code and systems, decades worth of it, no one really understand and that has no documentation - Rounds of layoffs in the last years have impacted morale and worsen work life balance - Often feels there no real upper and middle management direction and thus teams are often dealing with unrealistic and changing timelines and projects that don't really align with what our customers want not what the product needs
