Pros
The firm is good when it comes to investing in broadening knowledge in staff with their own academy, where you are required to log a certain number of academy hours each year. The pay is relatively competitive.
Cons
The firm has grown rapidly and perhaps too fast for them to cope and structure is often lacking. Where you are brought in to do your job you will often get flung to do a task which you were not assigned for. Maybe due to overflow of work from others or that they lack the adequate person for the task. But it does make you feel like you are walking on egg shells.
