Pros
Work here if you do not want to grow as a Software Engineer, only handful of teams (like maybe five) get it right.
Cons
You get fired for going in ten minutes late, having personal boundaries or a life, or even dressing up in business casual. Archiac work from home policies, poor tech stack, either micro managed or have to just show you are at work. The repo T3 team is the worst. I think they seek desperate people who need visa or contractors and have a lasso on them using that. Pay is below average too. If you are talented you will find better places.
