      Pros

      Culture is good - generally non hierarchacal but this is highly team dependent. Heavy push to modernisation is a great opportuinity to learn and grow career in modern tech.

      Cons

      Most company benifits are US centric. Growth stagnates massively slow to change. Career progression and criteria is very opaque There is some implicit overwork that happens across team - not forced but implictly expected
