Pros

Morgan Stanley is one of the top Investment Banks in the world. The brand name associated with this company can take you places.

Cons

The revenues have never seen an upside since the bubble burst in 2007. Although they offer competitive starting salaries, they don't increase like they used to. The performance bonuses are non-existent as well. They have been laying people off in big numbers since the last 3 years which creates an environment of animosity amongst everyone working.

Basically a middle level company. Very focus on business. Good health insurance. The online training stuff is good.

Cons

IT development process is not good as it supposed to be. Technology Career development is limited because of the characters of the IT dept and culture.
