Company has a reputation. Decent benefits.

Cons

Absolutely NO work-life balance. Horrible senior leaderships who only care about themselves. You are just a number to them. Any issues with HR they just pass you off to another team- no one really answers your concerns. It's mentally draining to work here. In your team no one would support you rather snitch to your manager behind your back.

Good Brand Name in the market Experience a good diversity at MS and teams are a mix and match of all employees from different countries. Supportive people across the globe.

Cons

Does not give appraisal. You may get a good compensation while joining but no or very salary hike. Investment restriction . Does not allow you to trade . They will ask to close all the accounts and trade only with company listed brokers with only company approved entities. Policies are not good. Call employees to WFO even if the entire team sits outside India and make it compulsory. uses old legacy code and a software developer who wants to learn and grow in tech would lag behind as there is not much development work . They have support and QA testing in all teams.
