      Like-minded and supportive colleagues Vacation and health benefits Yeard-end bonus is decent

      Cons

      Managers are uneducated in the industry Extreme micromanagement Favoritism and retaliation is prevalent Disregard for job satisfaction, only statistics matter Low pay for all the responsibilities and work pace Entry level positions are looked down on in the company Outdated and obsolete tools to do the job. You are usually left hanging due to lack of support from management or tools. Customers are tremendously condescending and rude. You have to deal with them on the daily.

      There are absolutely none. E*TRADE ruined my life and mental health.

      They lied about everything during the hiring process. Lied about the hours and the work. You work weekends!!! WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED. You guys ruined my life and now I paying hand over fist for mental health professionals. Biggest mistake of my life. The recruiters should be ashamed
