      The money is decent and is timely paid out.

      Cons

      No perks absolutely. The firm is a place where all creativity dies out. The firm does not even have the minimum human decency to provide its employees with a reference letter or recommendation letter. Apparently reference letter as per the Human Resources are confidential and can't be shared with others. Why the hell do you have recommendation letter so that the person can recommend himself. Very Very bad place to work in. Avoid at all costs.

      Nice office, however lack of personal space (open office).

      Cons

      Compared to other firms, IT salaries are really low. The team failed to complete its task by the deadline and the managers tried to blame me for their mismanagement. They put together false performance reviews to fire me, but I quit before they could push this thru. Never trust in your colleagues or managers here. Other people were also fired or demoted based on false/fake performance/"360" reviews. If you find yourself in that situation go to the court immediately and file a lawsuit against Morgan Stanley. Promoting diversity is only PR. Office environment reflects the Hungarian reality - many xenophobe, homophobe, misogynous co-workers and no real effort to change that.

      Management is inconsistent And unreliable — agrees to a direction then later claims no knowledge of the commitment Marketing leadership has very poor domain knowledge of industry to the point of undermining the team’s credibility internally and limiting organizational impact
