      NO PROS AT ALL. very bad experience with the company

      Cons

      After interning with them for 9 months I was told I'll be hired as full time after graduation. I was laid off within 2 weeks after starting my full time because they found another candidate to replace me who did not require visa sponsorship and I was laid off. Bottom line they were only using me till something better came along. Not at all professional.

      Pros

      Best company to work for married women, great culture, good pay, work life balance, proper management and what not... Its been more than a year I am working here and I must say this is kind of dream company where you get the feel of proper corporate environment, you are getting good money for your work, able to manage your work life balance, having one of the best leave policy across industry (more than 30sick leaves are allowed). Yes u have to be very careful with your work as this company ask for the quality.. error can cost you much. I am working in Mumbai office.

      Cons

      Job security- as it's an MNC, I am not sure about job security though it's s depends on accuracy of your work and availability of manpower too.
