Pros

focus on training, providing employees with the right tools to work on projects good medical and hospitalization benefits

Cons

the company got too localized, always out to cut cost at the cost of the employees make employees feel uncomfortable to make transport and meal claims when they are being asked to work overtime, don't even order proper calender for employee to use, expect them to bring your own calender giving employee promotion, but no financial rewards - (no bonus & no increment) when they give employee promotion, indirectly telling the employee that the firm expects you to work harder at the same low pay you're receiving.

Pros

Great to work for a big company. The "name" helps with future employment seeking.

Cons

The Client Services Associate position offers little to no upside for the ultra ambitious. It can be a good learning opportunity, depending on the group you partner with, but the opposite can also occur.

Pros

Great pedigree Great analytical market research Benefits were ok Some of the sales skill taught were useful but most were a waste of time

Cons

This place was churn city, they would take in new FA's and have them bring in all their friends and families money. Once there they would place unbelievably hard asset goals, knowing that just starting out it is nearly impossible to meet the minimum assets under management and then fire the new hire after 10 months, keeping the accounts and distributing them to te top brokers in the office. Pay was not adjusted to locality and was almost impossible to live on the salary given while trying to obtain critical mass in assets.
