Horrible Experience working at MS Bangalore with managers
Pros
few people are good, furlough leaves, Sick leaves, Salary
Cons
For me this one was the worst experience -> Too much of politics. -> If i was taking WFH or Sick leave then also he was having problem. -> If you are good at buttering then this this is the organization for you. -> HR are also irresponsible. -> You may never know what is going on at higher level. -> If you are late entry at the organization then there is very less chance that you will grow rapidly. -> proprietary work -> they are saying that they have 360 review and transparent review system but that is on paper. If you have good relation with your manager then you are good else worst. -> Even higher management is not helpful. every one will blame other person. -> Personal growth is mostly depends on Manager. -> Even you have been working long hours and if your Manager is not happy with you then you will not get good hike. -> No Social life at organization, most of the people are having attitude like they have invented Java and c.
