      Great benefits and people, but terrible pay and upper management

      Pros

      Amazing benefits, Great people, Good Work Life Balance, Good people as local management.

      Cons

      Abysmal Pay that they will insist is "fair", During town halls upper management will talk about how great we are doing and that we are exceeding everyone in quality, and every other metric and then when they get to pay and say "we are matching our competitors". Although WFH stats showed we were preforming great during the pandemic, Once they decided to no longer allow it... the stats changed. And continuing to WFH even if allowed for your position will 100% lock you from any further career progression. Executive level management and above does not value feedback even when acting like it's what they want. Get in line or leave.
