It's a big company with a recognizable name and they have several benefits like good health insurance.

Cons

Severe micromanagement. You're given a deadline but expected to deliver before the deadline. You will be undermined and thrown under the bus several times. You will report to several people and have the same conversations over and over.

Cons

Since the business side is US based, so there are late calls. You have to represent yourself like you have to network a lot so that higher management people know you and your work.This is what helps in promotion or hikes. This is something to consider when applying here.
