      great name to put on resume, but be prepared for political hell

      Pros

      good internal resources good resume builder good community perks the experience will still help you get your foot in the door elsewhere

      Cons

      incredibly political to a fault. the review process is a joke so make sure you work for someone who will yell the loudest during promotion time since that seems to be the predominant methodology for determining who gets bumped up. Not that it mattyers since the firm is more focused on hiring externally. Culture competitive to the point of being counter productive.

      the atmosphere the money if you like fast paced high pressure high reward there is no better place or postion to have

      Cons

      there are very few if you are geared to work in an enviorment like this the only thing you have to watch out for is people who will throw you under the bus for their own advancement if you do your job well there is little to worry about
