Business Outlook
Pros
Great resources, as far as information on equities go. I had access to a ton of research and was able to learn a lot through that. Great building/office Occasional Free food Really nice people. Given the industry, this was a pleasant surprise.
Cons
Lack of performance review/feedback from supervisor. A lot of my duties, like compiling and summarizing the weekly reports from various sources, I'm pretty sure were never even looked at by my employer. Interning there is kind of a dead-end position. To actually get hired as a FA there you need sales experience.
