Pros

Brand Name matters a lot on resume Good Compensation compared to other compititers in the market Good working culture and healthy working env. Helpful co-workers

Cons

Flexibility should be given to the associates to try out new things rather than just follow the legacy systems. Promotion process should be uniform.

Positive but not for the long run

Pros

Your experience very much depends on which team you are in. I loved my team and I would not change my experience there. I worked hard but the senior management understood when I needed to take vacations and did not break my plans.

Cons

It's a big organization which means it's easy to get cornered into a position and not always easy to grow outside of it. Any change that is promised will not happen for at least a year. Like the government, it's full of red tape.
