Pros
The Baltimore office is very young and there is a good amount of paid time off. If you get into a good group, you will be moving to New York quickly if you are a high performer.
Cons
There is minimal career counseling from most managers and you are often just a number. You have to reach out on your own if you want to get guidance and this is sometimes hard when you are just coming out of college trying to figure out what is what.
