it's one of the best brand names for your resume, salary and benefits are outstanding. everyone you work with is extremely smart
Cons
terrible work life balance (i was expected to be at work by 6am and to stay until 10pm or later), work environment is very "fratty" (expect to work with a lot of bros and type A bitchy women). there are also a lot of nervous breakdowns, and most people are in it only for the money. very very competitive atmosphere, and more catty than the fashion industry
