      Pros

      Morgan Stanley Smith Barney had great managers who took the time to teach interns, interested in the field of wealth management, anything they inquired about. Whenever had questions or wanted to learn something new, there was always someone there to mentor me.

      Cons

      In the office I worked at, the office culture was definitely more "old-guard" and very mundane. The average age of all the individuals working there was probably around 40 with only one or two young minds to bring fresh perspective.
