      Great company to work for, but requires some management re-organization.

      Pros

      Great use of technology and the continual output of unique technological innovations. Extremely high level of talent throughout the global firm. Opportunities to move within the organization and between divisions. Fantastic brand.

      Cons

      some poor management in senior positions that do not manage the organization appropriately, These provide unnecessary bottlenecks for progression of new talent throughout all levels and divisions. Requires revamping the yearly review feedback mechanisms to allow candid and anonymous feedback.

      Pros

      Excellent environment. Very knowledgeable co-workers and managers. They are also on the cutting edge in technology, incorporating new designs and ideas in all products. Management is easy to contact and the company itself is very open. Managers are very friendly and open and willing to sit down and discuss any concerns you may have. There are also plenty of projects for people to work on and they keep you busy; you are not twiddling your thumbs in the corner.

      Cons

      Work hours can be long during crunch times. Current economic situation doesn't help. Can be disheartening to see the stock drop over a week.

      fortune 500 company; looks good on resume, innovative environment, learn alot, good connections, money can be good

      Cons

      layoffs, instability, long hours, too much change, corporate culture not that great especially with the younger crowds, people stick to themselves, not alot of social events going on, on my floor there was no break room except for a dorm size refrigerator and microwave, and a water cooler which didnt have any cups in it usually
