Pros

Excellent management support for career growth and advancement. The environment is very positive and I feel my contributions are valued by both my co-workers and management. I also feel that the firm is very selective in its hiring to ensure that not only are we hiring the best people we can find, but the best fit for the role they're hired into. My experience with management and senior management has been direct, clear communication on the issues affecting the firm and on the direction the business is heading.

Cons

In return for satisfying projects and decent pay, the culture is long hours, often due to timezone spreads on global calls involving Asia, NY and London.

Everyone is very self-important, and no one is nearly as bright or clever as he thinks he is. It is definitely a good place to start a career, but every day you will question why you've decided to spend your life in such a miserable place. There are many ways to make a dollar in this world, so you should strongly question why you've chosen this place to make yours. Also, no one is good looking.
