People are professionally behaved, knowledgeable. Good learning.

Cons

The long work hours has ruined my mental health and made it very difficult to be in touch with my interests. If you value your work-life balance, turn your back and run the other way. You also don't get paid for your OT which is not good in the sense that the management won't care if you are working long hours.
