Pros
Great salary, tons of time to learn and improve yourself. 20 days of vacation standard and you can take all as early as 1st of January. Also usually the life balance is good.
Cons
Management is very closed minded and struggles with agile. They will say they are a bank everytime you propose something new or a improvement. Also your experience varies widely depending which manager you have. Some are very strict and against home office. Not so easy to change teams as they say, you can get backslashed. Almost everything is self funded, which contributes to a very poor team building.
