* if interested in finance, right place to be in. * Corporate setup, good infra * Pickup drop cabs

Cons

* Poor code quality compared to product companies * Sometimes work on weekends during release or batches. * Very less hikes and bonuses compared to other investment banks * Can't grow in organisation only with technical knowledge. Need to be good with finance and display work to managers and business to get recognised.
