Decent pay for the career, very nice office environment, respectful coworkers and good benefits (unlimited sick leave, generous PTO allotment, ect). Good place for someone earlier in their career, but no clear path to long term promotion / role growth.

Cons

Long hours and overtime required, Questionable management and leadership (department dependent), lack of ability to seek further educational or certification growth through the firm, avg. 2% annual bonus across job titles.
