- You will learn a lot: expertise-wise and soft skills - close cooperation with NY and London on a daily basis - talented people - great culture: top-notch evaluation performance process, meaningful goal setting and career development programs - great internal and external mobility schemes - easy, quick communication on all the levels of organization
Cons
- low pay compared to US, UK but also on the local market - local managers are lacking actual managerial skills - poor benefit program (no private medical insurance for example, given the state of the state services, it is a must)
