Possibility to participate in different challenges. The scale and multiple areas of activity of Mota-Engil, give to the employees the chance to learn about multiple businesses and markets. The Management team is very close of their teams. This open the possibility to grow inside the company.

Cons

Sometimes Goals are not part of the process of evaluation of performance. Success is not award in the same scale of the value created by employee work.
