      Other than stability there is nothing good at Mota-Engil, management treats everyone as they should be thankful just for having a job.

      Cons

      Awful management. Lack of work life balance. No accountability - Constantly seeing losses at every project they win. Zero meritocracy - Need to be a friend of the family.
