Pros
It’s a good place to develop yourself, especially because you have easy access to senior leadership, even people at CEO and CFO level are approachable. You can learn a lot from direct contact with high-level decision makers.
Cons
Despite being a large company, it often operates with the mindset of a small one. There’s little compliance or structure, and the overall organization feels quite chaotic. Many employees have been in the same roles for years and resist positive change, especially regarding technology. The work environment can also be hostile and not inclusive on a personal level.
