      Seguros de Gastos Médicos Mayores para ti y tu familia, póliza de vida, proveedor de créditos de nómina, oportunidad de trabajar con personas en EUA

      Sí perteneces al equipo adminsitrativo, la compañía no se preocupa por tu "career path", no hay reconocimiento, hay mucho favoritismo, no hay ninguna preocupación por cambiar las malas práctica y todos están coludidos.

      They don't pay employees or vendors. Terrible Leadership.

      Pros

      You'll get an inflated title. After working here, the answer to "where's the worst place you've worked" will be an easy question.

      Cons

      Terminated due to financial problems at Agilethought after months of telling us we'd be purchased. I was owed $64k in bonuses, no plans to pay. The stock isn't worth the paper it's written on. The CRO is just a (bad) sales manager that got the job by default. The CFO is the ex-procurement lady. Exeryone just has their job because the man/woman ahead of them got smart and left. I can not stress enough, DO NOT TRUST the CEO or CRO. Both inept. If you get the job, hire an attorney first. They don't pay their vendors (ex. they owe MSFT and SAP millions) so the vendors won't work with you. There's no diversity. Everyone is either spanish speaking or they're a subsect of white people from the acquiring company. There's no company culture to bring people together. There's no onboarding

      Pros

      I worked at AgileThought for almost two years, and I have no bad memories that I associate with this job. I enjoyed the two projects that I was part of - the work itself, the people, the multinational company culture, and being able to work from home. I also got free Udemy access, which was a big plus.

      Cons

      If an employee's employment is terminated through no fault of the employee (such as why my employment ended: no available suitable projects), there should be a severance package offered.
