Utterly nothing is good about working here.
Cons
Zero people leadership. Get assigned to a client and if you don't like it, they'll fire you. A whole lot of talk about being able to do what you want there, but it's all complete lies. Nice bonus if you convince someone else to work there, but no one in good conscience could do such a thing. It's so incredibly terrible. Especially for United States staff. If in the United States, you'll either be underpaid, or be replaced eventually with someone from Mexico. Don't leave a job to work here, you'll regret it. Why isn't zero stars an option? One is too generous.
