I have worked for AgileThought for over a year now and seen it grow to almost 3 times its original size since my start date. I've been with them before the Atlanta office, helped them open the Atlanta office, and even seen the speed at which we addressed all of the growth scaling within the organization. I've also been through a merging of practices and I am constantly impressed by their ability to adapt to the changing needs of our customers. The financials are ridiculously strong and have been for the history of the company. From the perspective of someone in the transform practice, I can say I work with some of the best and the brightest people in the Agile and DevOps industry. Finally, it's the first company that literally puts you in the drivers seat to grow your career in any way you'd like and they will support you, there's even a tour of duty model that allows you to break out of the group you work with and operate in a different role within the organization if you desire.

I have been working with AgileThought for a couple of years. In the Atlanta, market this is the first consulting company I've been with to get Agile consulting with a professional mindset right. In my experience, other Atlanta consulting firms have either been too dogmatic about their approach, or completely clueless about what it mean to be truly Agile. AgileThought embodies an excellent approach for the professional software consultant who cares about their craft while delivering topnotch enterprise class software to our clients. Dedicated employees are rewarded well, and work/life balance is not neglected. This is a case where hard work pays off. AgileThought employs some excellent talent who are willing to help you grow at all levels. Teamwork across the country is remarkable.
