      Pros

      They hire the best talent and choose the best clients to work with! The culture is very family oriented and diverse. Great benefits and the senior executives are accessible for discussion whenever needed. They allow a virtual environment and provide the necessary tools to be successful.

      Cons

      Large clients are beginning to change the fun, people focused culture they have tried so hard to build.

      Great if you can work with other AT folks in the office. Not so great if you are put on staff augmentation.

      Pros

      The developers here are top notch folks. The facilities are amazing with an amazing view. There is a beer fridge and snacks. There's a foosball table and T.V. You can end up on some amazing projects with great new tech.

      Cons

      You will only enjoy the perks if you are in the office. If you are put in a staff augmentation role, then that is all gone. You are effectively an employee of the company you are staff augmentation at. You can end up on the worst technology, if that's what the client need is.

      Provided ample training before I was placed at a company.

      Cons

      AgileThought does not practice what they preach. They are all about receiving awards, taking clients out on expensive dinners to please them and eventually land the project. Once they have the project in hand, they do not really deliver; and when an employee points this out, they just fire them instead of dealing with it and doing what it takes to make the project run smoothly. They train everyone in agile development but the projects they handle are in no way even close to Agile and the project managers do not help the team steer in the right direction towards Agile. It's all just fluff, no substance.
