      It's a great company to work for, though, the pay and benefits aren't the best.

      Pros

      Never take work home, friendly management, very talented peers, endless amounts of interesting projects and products, room for growth and promotions, tuition reimbursement, and great history.

      Cons

      Low base salary compared to other tech giants, 401(k) match only 4%, not a lot of small cash incentives, wish we still owned the mobility division.
