      Marketing is the WORST... Almost like we are trying to keep our products a secret!

      -great pay -Great people -great products -great atmosphere

      Cons

      -surprisingly, not allot of opportunity to advance or lateral move. Everyone is just sitting put due to the ages of the upper levels. A bit top heavy. -Not the Motorola people think about. Not as much focus on employees as in the Galvin days.
