      Pros

      People respect other people. High culture of work. Good salary and other socials. Flexible work time. Everybody may feel as important person.

      Cons

      Time consuming process is applied to most of projects. From perspective of job which I really want to do (programming) this is sometimes frustrating. On other hand this process produce reliable software.

      Pros

      Overall a great company to work for. Excellent benefits, work/life balance and decent salary. Personal and professional development and is supported my upper management. Dominant in the radio communications business.

      Cons

      The staff in Motorola Canada is aging and they are set in their ways. It could be very challenging to implement great new ideas for the upcoming superstars.
