      Pros

      High level of ethics in the company. Develops products that make our life safer. Nice salary levels. Lots of technical challenges. Opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Not nimble yet. Levels of bureaucracy. From a certain level a lot of politics involved (but I guess its common for companies of such size).

      Good salary and work environment (atmosphere), good balance between work and private life. Insurance and additional benefits, ex health insurance

      Cons

      Very old technologies, frameworks, standards - if you want to achieve some personal goals for sure you will not find knowledge inside company.
