      Latest technology being worked on and a good work culture. Creative, challenging and interesting products to work on in the wireless industry.

      Cons

      do not offer competitive salary, unfair recognition, not so great decisions by top level management,very bleak chances of promotion.

      Pros

      Started my career in this wonderful company and had very good chance to explore different languages and perform the development task. We were given complete freedom in opting the task as well as working style. I consider this as the biggest advantage.

      Cons

      I think the above advantage is misused in many cases. To maintain product quality, a lot of process overhead is followed, which leads to missing the current market trends
