Pros
Best LMR technology - it's good to work for the market leader in any industry. The products are spot on and reliable. Solid pipeline for new offerings. Large installed base of customers.
Cons
Not the same culture it was nearly 20 years ago. People don't matter as much as they did back then. Profits are absolutely important, as they should be. But not at the expense of the people who create those profits.
