      Good benefits (vacations, health). Fair work/life balance depending in what business unit/team you are working in. Easy commute. Strong business since the separation with the mobile phone business. Visionary and charismatic CEO.

      Cons

      Promotions are slow to get and greatly depend on your direct supervisor and business unit. No consistency across the organization there. Salaries below average. Main campus in IL with the bad weather associated to it.

      Business casual environment, friendly co-workers, steady paced environment, even though you are on a large campus there is a small "family" appeal

      Cons

      the company has obviously been outsourcing many of its contacting outside the United States, it seems as if their budget is shrinking
