On the whole really friendly staff who are nice to work with Interesting and challenging work Flexible office attendance Flexible hours Glasgow office managed to keep the small company feeling instead of being swallowed into big company so it has good vibes Some managers really care about reports and they make it a great place to work Loved working here, would work here again if they paid better

Tech can be nightmare A few bad actors in management Parent company deliberately lowballs salaries, under hires, hires too junior, and stifles promotions to save money Parent company full of normal large company nonsense
