      They have generous vacation time for long time employees.

      Cons

      Poor executive decisions have left this company a shell of its former self. Corporate profitability comes mostly from downsizing and cutting benefits.

      The people or "Motorolans"! They're helpful, hard working, and passionate about what they do and how they contribute to Motorola Solutions.

      Cons

      MSI lacks leadership, direction, and long term view of the business.They lost senior talent in all areas of the business with lay-offs and continue downsize resources. Upper Management is very disconnect from field team, partners, and vendors.

      Still a highly focused company in the Public Safety arena. Employees really care about the market and the customer we support - first responders.

      Cons

      Stopped long term innovation. The company used to take risks and big bets for building new markets, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.
