      Pros

      Fortune 500 company with healthy stock price. Good portfolio of equipment and serivces

      Cons

      Senior Leadership has lost connection with the average worker. There is no longer a clear direction for the company as it seems the CEO is only interested in sizing the company for sale to get a significant bonus. The older workers, those with 10 plus years of service, are few and far between now

      Pros

      Co-workers were great people to work with and very helpful.

      Cons

      Mandatory and unpaid overtime. Management needs lots of work, they are very unorganized and the only solution to them is work more and more hours. Take advantage of saleried personel.

      Pros

      Motorola used to be a big company with many sector, it was fun to move from one sector to other sectors. The education benefits were good too. But none left now. Working for Motorola was actually very relaxing.

      Cons

      1. People were not nice people in general. When I moved to my current company, I thought that my current co-workers are just not real. I was wondering why these people were very nice. Motorolans, in general, are not nice people, there are some nice ones, but not common. 2. When I was there, quarterly lay off is a normal thing.
