The benefits are ok, Its nice knowing that the work done is contributing to public safety and helping change lives

Cons

1. Very few good leaders in management 2. Little to no training or support by management 3. Constant fire drills and escalations 4. There use to be a culture of employee appreciation 5. Long hours, tons of work, barely any direction from management 6. Constant org changes 7. Lack of employee ownership and accountability

Leadership is on the weaker side, has poor judgment. Intolerant to people with disabilities, very little information sharing between teams or tiers.
