Pros

The general company strategy seems to be moving in the right direction, but it is slow moving. Company offers decent snacks. Remote work options are solid.

Cons

Employees are not valued, and upper management seems blind to the problems of employees. Way too many pointless meetings, the higher you are in the company the less you get to not attend meetings. Horrid Job growth unless you can sneak into a restructuring. Bad culture in Utah.

Cons

No SDLC working culture, managers are old enough to take a rest. Just a slowdown process. From Dev to Testing everywhere there product has a relaxing mood.
