      At the time I was employed there was a lot of motivation to find another job before you were outsourced. Health benefits, 3% 401K match, some profit sharing

      Constant management and personnel changes. Waiting to be tapped on the shoulder, sent to HR

      Definitely underrated. This is a wonderful company with great people. This should be a top 10 company to work for.

      Excellent pay, benefits, stability, mission, and opportunities for growth. We are making products that save lives, so it gives us a great deal of pride.
