Pros
I have worked at several tech companies and in a few other industries as well, but MuleSoft has been my favorite place to work by far! The people are smart and drive, but also humble and collaborative. The company is growing incredibly fast and with that, if you are performing well, there are a lot of organic career growth opportunities. It's great to be at a company with the wind at our backs!
Cons
The company is growing very fast and with that, there is a lot to do. I think the biggest con/risk is getting burned out if you aren't clear with your priorities.
