      Friendly group; really nice company to work for; room to move around across different areas of the company. Very flexible following maternity leave.

      Good stepping stone company for interns and graduates. Don’t stay longer than 1 year.

      Flexible time. Good work environment. Pension. Health insurance. Life Insurance.

      Cons

      Salaries are low and kept frozen for over 5 years. Managers don’t care about employees and constantly make false promises to trick people on staying. Only selected people can work from home. Over 20% of employees leaving every year. Contractors are given only 3 months contracts, and are notified at the very last day that their contract won’t be renewed.
